In celebration of their 30thanniversary,Operation Smile collaborated with SMART and AJWCC todevelop amobile application to replace their paper-based processofpre-screening potential patients in the Philippines. Here,localhealth workers and volunteers can download the app and use ittosubmit records of patients with clefting who might benefitfromOperation Smile's medical missions. Data submitted canhelpOperation Smile plan out potential areas for their futuremedicalmissions and allocate resources where necessary.

Rappler's Project Agos and Ateneo's eBayanihanare about to merge into one platform. eBayanihan is a mobile and web basedparticipatory disaster management system that allows citizens toparticipate in contributing and receiving disaster relatedinformation as part of disaster preparedness and mitigation.eBayanihan crowdsources information providing actionable responseto make communities resilient to disaster.The eBayanihan tracker allows eBayanihan users to send their GPSlocation to the eBayanihan servers and indicate if they are OK ornot. This location will be visible to other eBayanihan users sothey can potentially provide assistance to those in need.

BLAZE is a mobility information systemdeveloped by teams from Kyoto University, Ateneo de ManilaUniversity and EACOMM Corporation.BLAZE collects data about a specific aspect of your mobilitybehavior: your daily commute to the university. Data will beprocessed to provide you insights about your behavior and assistyou to plan your trips more efficiently. We create a communitywhere mobility information is shared with your fellow users, whilekeeping confidential personal information private.

Amputee SCreening through CEllphoneNeTworking(ASCENT) is a collaboration between Physicians forPeace’s WalkingFree program through Dr. Josephine Bundoc, AJWCC andSMART. Itseeks to provide mobile solutions for on-ground collectionofphotos and information on potential recipients of prostheticssodoctors can remotely assess and pre-screen the patients priortomedical missions.
